Volunteers are the name of the game! No charitable cause can be successful without them. With all the different perspectives brought to the legislative table by volunteers, players, the public, and an oversight board comprised of gaming product suppliers, legislators, regulators, and proprietors, it is fair to say that Charitable Gaming in Virginia has a very good outlook indeed.
